1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of this website and the booking services provided by Dave's Dog Grooming, powered by the Solovi platform.

2. Bookings

• By making a booking, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or cancel in advance.
• A deposit may be required at the time of booking, processed securely via Stripe.
• Booking confirmations will be sent to the email address you provide.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full deposit refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
• No-shows will forfeit the deposit.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information
• Arrive on time for appointments
• Inform the service provider of any relevant health or safety considerations

6. Limitation of Liability

The service provider is responsible for the services delivered. The Solovi platform provides the website and booking technology and is not liable for the quality of services rendered by the business operator.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
